  做父母的任务之一就是成为自己孩子的专家。这本书可以算得上行动指南，浅显易懂的理论结合大量详实的案例，可以放在案头时时翻看，其中长辈吼叫孩子的处理方法；孩子去超市乱要东西的情况；学会承担后果是为了将来做出更好选择，而不是让对方产生羞耻感的建议；理解爸爸情绪的爆发等等都很值得学习。
