  和当事人沟通之外还有咨询顾问的沟通，算是有启发。不过案例书的bug也就是比较散，看的时候有点把握不住脉络。

• 《仙侠玄幻物料宝库》

  总算找到一个有图的版本，我是一直想读山海经的，之前买了后浪的那一版，纯文字看起来像说明书+菜谱，实在是读不动，这个版本的可读性高很多。

  用了4个月断断续续地看完了，不明白这个版本为什么分偏低，明明图文并茂，引申了很多典故，还收集了多个版本的山海经动物图本，内容很有条理，书尾附了索引。非常适合山海经业余爱好者学习阅读。

  阅读的时候心理OS：和《海错图》一样，果然国人写生物主要关注点是在食用价值，多吃点神兽神草，生理心理疾病都能治好。。。

  前前后后不统一的人物关系看得人头疼，比如说帝俊有三个妻子，羲和，长羲，娥皇。然而娥皇不是和女英共同嫁给了帝舜吗？炎帝是南方的天帝，为什么被黄帝打败了，黄帝又是在天帝的帮助下，看了下网上的解释也是众说纷纭，个人感觉偏向于山海经版本众多，成书时间久远，本身就缺乏校对。

  然后有很多重复的内容，前后描绘的同一种生物长得完全不一样，还有长得很类似的，一次读完根本记不住。

  不过真是一个宝库，写玄幻、仙侠的话，里面的物料取之不尽用之不竭，稍微放飞下想象力就是一个小短篇了。取名不能党也能得到救赎，很容易取出满是生僻字又自带典故加成的名字！

• 有一定应用性，不修订就重版太挫了

  行文遣词平实又粗暴，也很big 胆，像是酒局饭桌上的聊天。

  全书就两部分。

  第一部分以一个案例的形式，讲如何做高明的假账——当然，作者会说，我只是叙述方式如此，税务人员可以从中借鉴稽查手段。

  这个高明的做假帐，就是作者所谓的防火墙；这个所谓的防火墙，就是让整个企业各个业务部门和会计部门一起作假。写得挺细，把税务人员骂得挺狠。

  第二部分，废话很多地指导读者如何做一个第一部分那样的报告，只不过把“防火墙”改成了“节税工程”。

  作者太偷懒了，12年初印，19年再版，至今发生了多少税法变化，作者对此书毫无修订，tm 就是卖个书名和封设吧。

  第二部分立论宏大，但招式基础，像在用一套《道藏》教人打一个前直拳。

  不过有好些小招是第一次听，什么发股募资收购自己股东，什么分出一家子公司再卖个专利给这个儿子，什么化妆品躲消费税把包装单拎出来。不过这有些……也不是什么阳招吧，感觉随时能被一个税收法规给禁掉，第二部分也没多么光明正大嘛。

  实操性加分，传授犯罪方法减分（这点特别无语）。
