  道理大多空泛，这些年已经被嚼烂了，但并不是说就一无是处。口水化的文字，在坐个火车什么的时候翻一翻还是可以的。

  照着书练，但是遇到的问题和书上的内容不能对上，自己很难解决，看来光看书不找私教，能游可以解决，但游快，游好到能参加铁三比赛的水平是不太可能。

  书本纸质很好，选取的绘画紧扣主题，赏心悦目。

  但我个人不大喜欢这种报菜名式列举的写作方法，因为它没有我期待的细节，读来就不生动，也没有意义。我想知道这些菜和当代的有何不同，哪些代表了南北方的差异。且作者的文字时而极通俗时而又偏文言，在没有解释专有名词的情况下让我摸不着头脑。

  待到厨师这单元就好些，但论述有点不严谨，比如在没有排除模仿者本身厨艺欠佳、学艺不精等可能的情况下就得出毛荣的厨艺出神入化的结论。这些瑕疵也让我再次疑惑这本书的定位到底是科普还是学术。

  一年多前就看过这个片子，但那时候节目安排是每星期四播一集，老是忘了看，六集中只看了三四集左右，今天上网偶然发现了这个网站，有这个片子的详细资料。

  这些资料是以经济的角度来观察上个世纪的剧烈动荡的历史事件，几乎所有的重要事件、人物到包括在内，详细阐述了国家干预主义、社会主义、自由主义的此消彼长。大家吵得一塌糊涂的原因就是争论究竟应该由谁控制经济，是政府还是市场，双方的主将分别是凯恩斯和哈耶克。凯恩斯主张国家干预经济以此来维护自由，但哈耶克指出，这种方式会毁了自由，这是一条通往奴役之路，他强调必须实行彻底的自由经济。很显然，哈耶克在那个个人理性和所谓的社会正义高涨的年代，是非常不合时宜的，他简直找不到一个像样的教授职位。不过，幸运的是，哈耶克活的岁数够长，看到了他所批判的极权主义的崩溃，历史终于用事实证明了他的正确。但这远没有结束，正如milton friedman所说，真正要在实际中完全战胜干预主义，还有很长的一段路要走。
