In Don't Call It Sprawl, the current policy debate over urban sprawl is put into a broader analytical and historical context.   前两篇东拉西扯，写得像散文不像论文。不过，这本书真正精华的是第三篇，很有启发，也很实用。

  这一部分推荐的许多原则，可以非常有效地解释当下中国的许多组织变革。

  太宰治在《阴火》篇中写道，纵使再好的作品，也无法超出作者的所知所能，我的作品只为我自己而写！

  诚然，太宰治的名著《人间失格》确实是写给他自己的书，他无意出版、畅销，取悦于广大读者。

  他生性怯懦、敏感、多疑，虽出身于富贵之家，但他的幸福观与世人大相径庭。儿时的他从大家对演讲的背后与当面评论，即挖掘到了成人世界的虚伪。小小年纪即恐惧人类、逃避人世，对任何人均采取敷衍了事的态度。他敏锐地发现了当时日本社会中，有些人将自私自利视其为理所当然。他抨击、质问，但每每在怀疑、反思、否定的时候，自己仍做出自相矛盾的行为。他被这种情绪、执念困扰着，导致失眠、阴郁、发狂、放荡，屡屡萌生轻生的念头，最终确以自绝的形式了断余生。

  太宰治对政治绝望，对生活失望。他没有作战的勇气与行为，而选择率性而为、随心所欲。他不考虑家人、朋友、“恋人”的感受，酗酒、放荡、乱搞、不负责任。因自己性格阴郁，而商定与女友殉情，导致女友死亡，自己被救。他的样貌具有吸引异性的优势，但“畸形的爱”促使年轻的母亲与他同居并供养他，而年轻的太宰治仍活在自己的世界里，酗酒、挥霍，放荡不羁。虽被供养，但矛盾、神经质的性格使他不懂感恩，仍然没有实现一个成年男性的担当与责任，而选择了不辞而别，使年轻的母亲在情感上无法释怀。

  诸如此类的事件在《人间失格》中比比皆是，不一一列举。太宰治在书写自己的作品，但读者读书须有自己的思想，。我以记者探知的心态读此书，对作者的性格、价值观不完全认同，但读书之益就在于，以最直接的方式了解到大千世界、万千人种，知悉我之外的世界与异同。虽不苟同，但推开这扇门后的世界倒让我重新审视了自己的生活、拷问与自己的心灵！

      不管怎样，先做好自己吧，文章还不错，不过地域和文化的而差异还是有蛮大的差别，不过可以好好了解一下男人的想法。
