  写的很不错。其中对纸的起源、目前出土古纸的实验观察分析，以及各类古纸发展辨析都做了客观、详尽和深入的介绍和研究。不过有一些小错误，比如1914年尚未有“国民政府”，度支部不是“度支那”等等。但瑕不掩瑜，个人认为是非纸史专业最合适的入门书籍。
