  现代人已经很少有着如此静谧的机会，也很少有如此沉浸于自己内心世界思考的机会。但古人就是在这样的条件下，去思考人类自身、去思考自然、去思考宇宙的。

  比如，作者第一个概念就带我们走入对于“绝对”的思考之中。这样一个哲学感念可以启发我们无数思考。过去的学者们一直都致力于对于绝对的把握，对于宇宙的探索也一样，寄希望于得到确凿的答案。《柏拉图》就讨论着绝对主义，其他古代学者更是把自然界简单化为几种简单物质。

  

  现代呢？我们对于宇宙的探索就陷入“相对”之中，我们探索宇宙的道路艰难而曲折，我们看似发现了很多，但不知道的也更多，宇宙的秘密依然隐于迷雾之中。

  Often we use quite with a positive idea and rather with a negative idea:

  She's quite intelligent but rather lazy.

  When we use rather with positive word, it means'unusually' or 'surprisingly'.
