    温普林写西藏有一种“羚羊挂角,无迹可求”的感觉,他只是在讲自己的故事,无意“传介西藏、解说西藏、贩卖西藏”,也无意炫耀自己多次到过西藏、在西藏有许多朋友——这对于一个写西藏的作家来说是不容易的。

    写西藏的作家大多有个毛病,喜欢把所见与西藏的历史文化联系起来,但大多比较无趣、无味,马丽华是能够写好的。温普林是否由此笔力是不得而知的,因为他很少写几乎不写,这样的话他的故事就很生动、也很真实丰满。

    但是温普林三观似乎不是很正。

    内容比较空泛,算是把百度上面的一些理论搬来罗列,书不出名,算是借书名擦边赚钱,书是从番茄读书上1分钱买的

         当今形形色色的各种新时代书籍都称人包含身心灵三个方面,然后特别强调当代人对灵性方面的缺乏认知,而《生活就像练习-肯威尔伯整合实践之道》这本书秉承美国当代大哲学家肯威尔伯的理论,指出当代人其实对身心灵的每个方面都缺乏足够的认知,他试着描绘出人生的一个整体地图,并且以使用手册的方式列出了人在各个方向上前进的路线图。

         书中简明介绍了肯威尔伯的四大象限理论,这是一种全方位认识世界的理论工具,即把世界分为个体内在(想法,感觉)、个体外在(身体,行为)、集体内在(文化)、集体外在(环境,技术)四个方面,每件事都可以从这四个角度去观察,理解,分析。如此书中举的一例:想像你早晨走进办公室大楼准备开会----1、个人内在角度:你的心情如何?是兴奋还是紧张?可能种种想法在大脑中层出不穷;2、个人外在角度:你的身体举止,走路,开门,打开电脑等,如果对开会感到紧张,心跳会加速,出汗会增多;3、集体内在角度:走进办公室即是走进你熟悉的办公司文化,气氛,这里每天或明或暗地交流着共同的意义、价值、期待。4、集体外在角度:由数公里之外的供电所送来的电力所发动的电梯,送你到你想去的楼层。你登录公司内部网络,检查公司各个产品的分地区最新销量。

     

    此书从身心灵各个方面比较详尽地给出了改善和发展自己的路线图:

     1、身体的维护与锻炼:你的身体情况很大程度上取决于你的饮食和锻炼。书中介绍了营养的摄入和简明实用的锻炼体操图示。

    2、心智的进步:如何提高对世界的认识能力,对事物的判断能力,此书指出了人的各条发展路线:学习认知能力,自我认同,情感,审美,道德,人际关系,运动等等,每个人都可以对自己的各条发展路线的发展层次进行评估。认识自己,以便改善自己。

    3、灵性:从哲学宗教角度去认识人生是必须做的事情,我们无法回避这样的问题:生活的意义何在?为什么我们要锻炼自己?要趋向完美?我是谁?我的价值何在?我的人生目标是什么?在一个严肃的人生中,这样的追问会反复出现。不解答这样的问题,就是自己欺骗自己。这个面向是身心面向的基础,不认真思考人生的人是不会追求全方位的发展的。但越是认真的思考,就会更进入迷惘状态,因为用理智,用头脑的思考必然得不到完整的答案,这会逼使我们进入所谓灵性的世界,去寻找是否有超越头脑的灵魂存在。

          每个人都是艺术家,我们的一生即是我们所创作的艺术品,这本书是一本很好的创作入门指南。
