  这本书很棒的是，根据布朗芬布伦纳的生态系统理论来进行陈述，很好地展现了很多时候问题是需要放到系统当中去解决的。

  温普林写西藏有一种“羚羊挂角，无迹可求”的感觉，他只是在讲自己的故事，无意“传介西藏、解说西藏、贩卖西藏”，也无意炫耀自己多次到过西藏、在西藏有许多朋友——这对于一个写西藏的作家来说是不容易的。

  写西藏的作家大多有个毛病，喜欢把所见与西藏的历史文化联系起来，但大多比较无趣、无味，马丽华是能够写好的。温普林是否由此笔力是不得而知的，因为他很少写几乎不写，这样的话他的故事就很生动、也很真实丰满。

  但是温普林三观似乎不是很正。

  内容比较空泛，算是把百度上面的一些理论搬来罗列，书不出名，算是借书名擦边赚钱，书是从番茄读书上1分钱买的

       当今形形色色的各种新时代书籍都称人包含身心灵三个方面，然后特别强调当代人对灵性方面的缺乏认知，而《生活就像练习-肯威尔伯整合实践之道》这本书秉承美国当代大哲学家肯威尔伯的理论，指出当代人其实对身心灵的每个方面都缺乏足够的认知，他试着描绘出人生的一个整体地图，并且以使用手册的方式列出了人在各个方向上前进的路线图。

       书中简明介绍了肯威尔伯的四大象限理论，这是一种全方位认识世界的理论工具，即把世界分为个体内在（想法，感觉）、个体外在（身体，行为）、集体内在（文化）、集体外在(环境，技术）四个方面，每件事都可以从这四个角度去观察，理解，分析。如此书中举的一例：想像你早晨走进办公室大楼准备开会----1、个人内在角度：你的心情如何？是兴奋还是紧张？可能种种想法在大脑中层出不穷；2、个人外在角度：你的身体举止，走路，开门，打开电脑等，如果对开会感到紧张，心跳会加速，出汗会增多；3、集体内在角度：走进办公室即是走进你熟悉的办公司文化，气氛，这里每天或明或暗地交流着共同的意义、价值、期待。4、集体外在角度：由数公里之外的供电所送来的电力所发动的电梯，送你到你想去的楼层。你登录公司内部网络，检查公司各个产品的分地区最新销量。

   

  此书从身心灵各个方面比较详尽地给出了改善和发展自己的路线图：

   1、身体的维护与锻炼：你的身体情况很大程度上取决于你的饮食和锻炼。书中介绍了营养的摄入和简明实用的锻炼体操图示。

  2、心智的进步：如何提高对世界的认识能力，对事物的判断能力，此书指出了人的各条发展路线：学习认知能力，自我认同，情感，审美，道德，人际关系，运动等等，每个人都可以对自己的各条发展路线的发展层次进行评估。认识自己，以便改善自己。

  3、灵性：从哲学宗教角度去认识人生是必须做的事情，我们无法回避这样的问题：生活的意义何在？为什么我们要锻炼自己？要趋向完美？我是谁？我的价值何在？我的人生目标是什么？在一个严肃的人生中，这样的追问会反复出现。不解答这样的问题，就是自己欺骗自己。这个面向是身心面向的基础，不认真思考人生的人是不会追求全方位的发展的。但越是认真的思考，就会更进入迷惘状态，因为用理智，用头脑的思考必然得不到完整的答案，这会逼使我们进入所谓灵性的世界，去寻找是否有超越头脑的灵魂存在。

        每个人都是艺术家，我们的一生即是我们所创作的艺术品，这本书是一本很好的创作入门指南。
