  看完才发现是17年的书。里面的案例和方法都有些过时，当下不推荐再看了。如果实在想了解，直接看附录，不用十分钟就能学完整本书的内容。

  不愧是和丁丁历险记齐平的大师殿堂级作品，引人入胜，有种无法形容的的美，几乎完全相反的诸多特质竟不可思议地共恰相容，简直是伟大的风格。但有些地方的填字处理让我感觉到非常困惑与别扭。另艾柯说，想放松的时候，我读恩格斯散文。想读点干货的时候，我读《七海游侠》，笑死我了哈哈哈哈

       我其实是个非常想去旅行的人，但因为晕车等多方面原因不能亲身去，只好在书上来环球旅行。非洲是我最想去的地方之一，好象在这方面的旅行书籍比较少。现在我有了第一本非常完整详细的关于非洲地区风土人情的书《马达加斯加》，让我第一次对非洲有了比较清晰的印象。

       马达加斯加是印度洋上的一个岛国，《马达加斯加》的作者杨民是中国驻马达加斯加的大使，他通过亲身旅行经历写下了这本书，成为了非常详尽实用的马达加斯加旅行指南书，书中的旅行资料更加真实、可靠。该书图文并茂，文笔流畅，令人手不释卷。

       非洲给人第一印象是黑人、沙漠、缺水、贫穷、战乱等等，但这仅仅是一方面，也有能给人好印象的地方，比如马达加斯加，它像印度洋上的一颗珍珠，给人以格外不同的印象，这都是由于它独特的地理位置所造成的。

       马达加斯加四面环海，被印度洋环绕，与非洲大陆中间隔着莫桑比克海峡，属于热带气候地区，因此年平均气温较高，年降水量较大，使得马达加斯加一年四季长青，成为地球上的绿色植物天堂，稀有动物的聚集地，是动植物研究专家乐不思蜀的地方。

       马达加斯加人是地球上唯一的亚非人，是母系继承传统，稻米是他们的主要粮食作物。虽然马达加斯加人生活较为贫困，但他们的性格却积极乐观，本性温和善良，热情好客。

       马达加斯加因为它独有的生态环境，原始森林保存较为完整的很多，国家政府重视生态旅游，共规划和建立了16个国家公园，其中包括6个列入世界自然遗产名录的国家公园，8个自然保护区，23个专属保护区，总面积超过150万公顷。

       马达加斯加最具代表性的动物是狐猴，狐猴是排在世界濒危动物名录第一位的野生动物，是最大的濒危种群之一，现在只有马达加斯加才有的珍稀野生动物，共有70多种。岛上还有近百种变色龙、十多种龟和一些不分泌毒液的蛇，生活在岛上的250多种鸟类中有106种是岛内原生。

       马达加斯加是地球上植物种类最繁多的国家，共有19000种植物，其中80%是本地独有的。马达加斯加最具代表性的植物是猴面包树，也只有那里才保存着成片的猴面包树林。马达加斯加西部旅游城市穆龙达瓦是猴面包树的家乡，那里有一个著名的旅游景点就是“猴面包树大道”，由数十株百年树龄的猴面包树耸立在红土路旁而形成的壮观景象。

       当然，马达加斯加的旅游景点和观赏的动植物并不仅仅是我说的这些，杨民大使这本《马达加斯加》介绍得非常详细、详尽，仿佛是你自己在亲身在经历一样。他甚至为想去马达加斯加旅游的人作出了非常细致的旅游攻略。作为将去马达加斯加旅游的人，拥有一本《马达加斯加》，会是不错的选择，它能让你在马达加斯加玩得更尽兴、更舒适、更安全。对于和我一样，不能亲身去马达加斯加的人，拥有一本《马达加斯加》，可以让自己在书中领略马达加斯加的旖旎风光，学到许多的非洲地理知识和动植物知识，能对印度洋上的这颗明珠有更深的了解。《马达加斯加》是本值得收藏，令人反复阅读的书。

  Adjective like new/large/round/wooden are fact adjectives. They tell us factual information about age,size,colour etc.

  Adjective like nice/beautiful are opinion adjectives. They tell us somebody thinks of something or somebody.

  Opinion adjectives usually go before fact adjectives.

  Often we use quite with a positive idea and rather with a negative idea:

  She's quite intelligent but rather lazy.

  When we use rather with positive word, it means'unusually' or 'surprisingly'.

  These oranges are rather nice. Where did you get them?
