Bertie Bowman has served as hearing coordinator for the Senate

Foreign Relations Committee since 2000, when the executive

appointment of then committee chairman Jesse Helms brought him back

to the Senate after a ten-year hiatus. Before his retirement in

1990, Bertie Bowman had worked for the Foreign Relations Committee

for twenty-five years, first as committee clerk and then as

assistant hearing coordinator. He owns and operates Bertie’s

Limousine Service, a chauffeur company that provides services for

Washington VIPs, foreign diplomats, and others in and around the

metropolitan D.C. area. Bowman is an elected member of the board of

directors of the Senate Federal Credit Union, a member of the D.C.

Board of Funeral Directors, and active in many community volunteer

organizations.

  斯波索宾很散乱，这个条理清楚很多，也注重实用性。但依然是大小调功能和声划分很清楚的体系，平五平八依然严格禁止。赵晓生老师说平五自古以来就是好东西，又不是毒品，不需要禁。还是从具体的作品分析里学和声是唯一最好的道路。勋伯格和兴德米特的倒是一直都是好评如潮。

• 改善依恋关系

  这本书是这篇论文：Changing toddlers' and preschoolers' attachment classifications: the Circle of Security intervention的成果。

  这篇论文的核心是使用安全圈圆环的方法，修复和干预依恋关系，从最终的干预结果来看，安全圈的干预效果是可行的。

  坚持20周，依恋关系能得到改善。数据显示，干预后，从原先55%的混乱型依恋关系降到20%；安全依恋的儿童数量从32%上升到40%，；而照顾者的混乱型依恋从60%降到15%，最后一项数据表明，安全圈不只是适合于父母与小孩，也适合与父母与父母的父母。

  当然，也有特殊的例子，13对安全型依恋关系中有一对转对了不安全类型，是因为小孩的妈妈毒瘾发作。

  简单介绍一下，什么是依恋关系？

  美国心理学家玛丽 · 安斯沃思(1913-1999)发起一项用来评估小孩与主要照看人依恋关系的实验，叫做陌生人情景实验（SSP）。

  在实验中，父母带小孩到一个有陌生人的环境，以父母离开后回来的行为察看小孩子的依恋表现，分为两大类型：

  第一种：安全型

  当父母离开后，小孩表现出害怕，父母回来后，有依恋需求，安抚后能继续探索；

  第二种：不安全型

  分为三类：

  矛盾型/抗拒型 :分离时会恐惧，团聚后也无法安静下来，延⻓依恋(顶部需求没被满足);

  回避型:分离时没有显示不安，团聚后对照顾者视而不⻅，延⻓探索(底部需求没被满足);

  混乱型:没有条理的反应，一会想要安抚，一会又逃离。既害怕照顾者，又害怕她离开，悖论的体现

  论文中选取的是高危人群作样本，65对家庭参与了20周的干预。

  如何干预？你需要携带一张安全圈地图，如下：

  

  1、在这个圆环上，从一双手开始，双手隐喻着智慧、有力，双手和圆环隐喻着「我和你」在一起。

  2、左边是安全基地，代表着探索系统；右边是安全港湾，代表着依恋关系

  3、在探索系统，小孩有四种需求：看着我、帮助我、因我而喜悦、与我分享

  4、在依恋系统，小孩也有四种需求：保护我、我舒适、因我而喜悦、整理我的情绪

  从口号上能看出，如何改善依恋关系？

  1、随时关注小孩的需求

  2、掌控局面

  3、成为一名更强大、强壮、有智慧和耐心的父母。

  当你抱持着成为一名智慧的父母，在小孩想要探索时，你会支持她，满足她的需求，同时在探索过程中，跟着她的需求，看是否需要进一步帮助，与她共享喜悦；在她要回归你的怀抱时，关注她的情绪，是否有恐惧，是否需要你的安抚，是否需要你帮她整理情绪，让她顺利走完安全圈。

  反之，当某一环节卡住，就没法顺利走出安全圈，比如，当她想要踩水时，你一口否绝。小孩很懂察看父母的脸色做事，她有可能会释放出假消息，做些口是心非的事，体验太差，与你建立的是矛盾型依恋；而在她想要安抚时，你不理不睬，没有关注到她的情绪，大白鲨音乐（不舒服的体验）就容易给唤起，

  如果这是一双有力量智慧的双手，拿到安全圈的地图后，在小孩想要探索时，你会支持她cebc，并时刻关注她的一举一动，需要你帮忙时，你出现在她的身边；她在想要跟你分享时，你能停下手里的事情一起分享。

  在她探索完想到回归时，希望得到你的抱抱或是安抚时，你可以满足她的情绪需要，这个安全圈就能顺利走完。

  但要做到有智慧，真的太难了，就我自己来说，我会无意识打断小孩的探索需求，小孩得不到满足，纠结、矛盾，小孩产生的是矛盾型依恋，害怕分离；当她在需要我安抚时，我给她的情绪影响，弄得不舒服，大脑出现大白鲨音，给到小孩的反馈是，无视她的情绪，这时小孩会害怕亲密，想要抱抱不敢走上前，她建立的是回避型依恋。

  相比论文，《依恋创伤的预防与修复——安全感圆环干预》这本书更容易理解，但还是太啰嗦，案例太多。抽样看第二部分的内容就够了。

  安全圈圆环项目带给我的启发：

  1、干预的关键对象是父母

  安全圈是个好工具，哪怕再差的依恋关系，只要学习，还是能把不安全依恋转变为安全依恋，任何学习，都不晚。而且不仅只是改变了与小孩的安全依恋，还能改善自己与原生家庭的依恋关系。

  2、成为好父母的典范：Be Bigger,Stronger;Wiser,Kind

  依恋关系的改变，从关注行为到关注心理层面

  做小孩的情绪容器，接纳自己的情绪到帮小孩消解情绪

  提升反思能力，才能从只看到小孩带来的麻烦上，转到这是一个建立依恋关系的好机会上。
