  注意，这不是绘本也不是漫画，就是lp的专题攻略书，只不过里面的插图从传统的照片换成了手绘插画。内容还不错，一些线路和小tip可以作为下次去的参考，但作为卖点的插画反倒感觉一般。

  这本书能纳入张文显主编的文库是一件颇令人费解的事。望题生义，大概以为它是给新加坡威权主义治理方式唱赞歌。

  《威权式法治》最精彩的是第一章，特别是李光耀的用数据说话，以及新加坡在世界银行等指标上的排名。但在进入正文，考虑如何叙说和评论新加坡法制的时候，作者采取的办法是基于福柯的方法论，对五部新加坡法律文本的产生过程（而且大部分是基于媒体报道得来的产生过程）进行分析。

  我不能说这种叙述和评论方式不对，也一时想不出来还有什么更好的路径去介入对新加坡法制历史与现状的批评，但总觉得，这种写法相较之于第一章拔起的调子，多少有些平庸了。

  而且，我读过的所有用福柯方法论进行分析的文献，都远不及福柯本人的东西灵活和彻底。

  所以，这本书在研究路径上，还是有一些可以探讨之处。

  陈林林翻译的不错，很流畅。
