  如果耐心读完此书，定会发现作者确实功力深厚，史料运用自如，行文确实有民国范儿，时而令人慨叹，时而令人捧腹，“书生情是一张纸”令人印象极为深刻。刘尊一与潘宜之的往事也确实值得一读。

  我是一个完全的业外人士，某天在书店看到这本书，完全是无意间拿起这本书，没想到却和别的书一起买了下来。虽然一点都不懂这方面的知识，但这本书却让我对产业地产产生了浓厚的兴趣！作者用幽默风趣的语言，将复杂的概念讲得妙趣横生，让我仿佛正在听朋友给我讲述这个领域的秘密。我已经迫不及待地想要和身边的朋友分享这个发现了！

     长大后的我自认缺乏童心，几乎不看漫画，无论它是印刷出版的书籍抑或是电视上活动的小人儿。也许是内心也分明觉得这样的自己不讨喜，为了弥补之，倒是格外钟情于附有插图的文字书——我怎么会是个暧昧不清、没有立场的人？

      当时买这本书，是先看到了作者欧阳应霁的《半饱：生活高潮之所在》的介绍，封面真是漂亮，有了兴趣，后在卓越上挑来挑去，却选择了这本，肯定是它的名字更为打动我。拿到书后，确实心中一喜，没想到他会配上这许多乱七八糟的图和说明，像是我的风格呵呵——有时候要它素淡到淡淡的一抹颜色，有时候又要它色彩和图案丰富到满坑满谷的即将溢出来。

      不过我果然还是不是作者这一卦的，喜欢是还觉得不错，但更多的是觉得看这种书挺有种别样格调，说白了就是虚荣，真要问从中学到了什么或有什么启发，我是屁也没有一个。倒也不是要诋毁作者或这本书，相信喜欢这种调调的人肯定会大爱此书——说来说去，快把我自己给绕进去了。

      反正呢，找个闲闲的午后，沐浴在暖暖的阳光下，捧着一本这样的书，手边再来杯咖啡或糕点饼干什么的，倒不失为一个美妙的日子。这就是我设计的“私生活”。
