  这个书名被改得如此鸡汤，以致简直让人不好意思标记。用Google翻译了旁边的原书名，实际上是《存在：最亲密、最脆弱的情感》。整本书讲人的存在感的来源与缺失，是比较正式的学术写法（看目录可以知道），挺好看的。我所感兴趣的在于存在感的丧失，人们感受到痛苦时有时寄意于艺术创造，有时则通过其他种种方法来感受到生命的存在。以及第六章对抑郁的见解，作者认为抑郁是身处不正常环境的主体对环境不适应的一种正常反应。我们需要看见这种痛苦，而不是仅仅简单地将个人归拢到“抑郁症”的群体中去。

  这本书是“历代顶级名将系列”的最后一本。作者是国防大学战役教研课的副教授，就学历来说是相当之牛。但是这本书读完总的感觉一般。

  作为通俗历史读物，这些年来大多以语言风趣为主，如《明朝那些事儿》《品三国》《历史是个什么玩意儿》之类，读来都是轻松随意，往往还能有会心一笑。

  这本书乃是正规军方学府副教授所著，玩笑之类的话当然是绝迹的。就书的内容来说，还是蛮扣题的。所写人物的介绍着重于其取得的军事成就之上，而不是泛泛地介绍人物的生平轶事，这一点来说做的不错。但是就人物选择上来说多少有点滥竽充数，林则徐魏源都入选了名将之列，在我看来其人军事思想是有的，但是算起名将的话大概还不够水准。其他的话洪秀全这家伙作为革命家入选，水分也不小，而公认的太平天国名将陈玉成和李秀成都没有入选，多少有失公允。

  文字略显枯燥，相对于通俗读物来说不够通俗，相对于史学专著来说不够专业。

  PS：这个系列我都有幸买齐了，全部读完之后的感觉也是差不离，总的来说不是很满意吧。关于书中所列名将列表，稍有了解的人大概都会吐槽的吧，在我看来其中很大一部分写的是军事家而不是名将。想要了解中国历史上名将的话推荐看看田中芳树的《中国武将列传》，田中的中国历史知识还是很不错的。
