Nelson George is the award-winning author of a dozen

books, including his memoir, City Kid, and the classic

Hip-Hop America. He is also a two-time recipient of the

ASCAP Deems Taylor Award. George was born in Brooklyn, where he

still lives.

  绝版至少十年，这次楼武挺老师来一个全新译本。凯雷特早期精华作品结集，一个精彩纷呈的中篇《内勒的快乐度假营》（被改编成电影《割腕者的天堂》，凯雷特参与编剧，入围圣丹斯电影节评审团大奖），拖带一群凯雷特标志性的风格灵动小短篇，喜欢《砸碎小猪》《地狱纪念物》《管子》。

  因为买了前六本，当第七本出版的时候，就迫不及待的买下来了。

   

      陪儿子读的时候，他第一眼就被封面那只大大的，黑色的动物吓到了。

   

      ——“这是猪！”他非常肯定的指着它硕大的鼻子说。

      “不，这是一只黑色的大狗熊！”我否定了，“只是鼻子有点像猪而已。”

   

      一口气将它讲完，儿子完全被故事所吸引了。尤其是那只耳朵超级长，还打了N个结的兔子一出现时，他就笑得咯咯响，立刻忘记了狗熊所带来的恐惧。对他来说，鬼魂有些难以理解，我对于怎么讲好这个角色，也还是比较为难的。很奇怪的，他也非常喜欢故事老爷爷。虽然我个人觉得他长得有点象只丑丑的老鼠。

   

      他非常喜欢这本书。我会再反复讲很多遍的。

  这本书厚厚的一本，分为五个板块19章，有些偏向于专业知识的，但是作为一位业余爱好者，还是强烈把他推荐给您！

  首先我们先认识一下作者，王铮，心理学博士，现在齐鲁师范学院教授，头衔很多，华人心理咨询与治疗大会中方主席、国家疾控中心济南示范区心理咨询总督导、主持参加国家和省级项目10余个，等等！ 虽然作为不是心理学的我们对于王教授并不熟悉，但是他在心理学专业的学识和权威值得我们信赖。

  读完这本书给我的感觉是，这本书是一本系统，专业，易懂，很好的一本入门书籍，强烈推荐！阅读过后，一方面能清晰格式塔心理咨询的理念和技巧，另一方面，也可通过书中提到的方式方法，对照自己，自我觉察，自我修通！

  要了解格式塔，我们要知道它的概念。格式塔，源于德语“Gestalt”，意思是完全形态，就是从整体的角度来看待事物，一个格式它即为一个整体，包含这个整体的事物及其情境和动态关系。比如我们看到一棵树，那么这棵树的整体不仅包括树枝，树叶，树干，树根，还包括这棵树的背景所处的时间，所处的环境等等。

  那么格式塔心理的最终目标就是人格的整合。将人本身看成一个整体，重视来访者的认知，情绪情感，觉察力，意志力，行为和身体状态等等，这些部分相互影响，而且与其所处的环境相互依存。也就是说从整体来看待问题。

  在现象学的视角下，格式塔心理咨询的精髓包括5个方面。第一看见。心理咨询师要全然的信赖与尊重来访者此时此刻所呈现的状态。第二体验。心理咨询师要帮助来访者和自身不断的觉察内心真实流动的感受。第三是行动。咨询师可以做些什么为自己负责做些什么尝试可以让来访者为自己负责。第四是存在。心理咨询师和来访者在当下真实的相遇，和来访者一起共同面对困难，一起探索未知。第五是心理咨询师要遵守五不原则。也就是不预设，不分析，不解释，不批判，不建议的原则！

  格式塔心理咨询的概念很多，但总的来讲，格式塔心理咨询师就是一个陪伴的角色，就是实实在在的陪伴来访者，不掺杂个人情绪、个人好恶，就像一位知心好友，通过更多的描述和反馈，帮助来访者通过个人当下的体验产生觉察，有所领悟，自我修通。

  所以读完格式塔心理咨询理论与实践，你可以不用了解所有的概念。在读的过程中你会发现，你在不知不觉的过程中，一人扮演了两个角色，有时候自己是咨询师，有时候自己是来访者。是咨询师的时候，其实就是自己陪伴自己的一个过程。是来访者的时候，其实就是一个自我觉察，自我领悟，自我修通的一个过程。

  如果懂一点格式塔，我们就会懂得陪伴的重要性，不管是别人陪伴我们，还是我们陪伴别人，还是我们自己陪伴自己，都很重要。

  如果懂一点格式塔，我们就会获得一些从总体看待事物的思维，我们就会懂得如何去体验某个状态下自己的情绪和对事物的态度，从而能了解自己的心理状态，更好的控制自己的情绪。

  如果我们懂一点格式塔，我们也会为自己解梦，会明白梦是我们现实生活的完形，我们会明白我们所做的梦的意义，会在梦中找到真正的自己。

  如果懂一点格式塔，我们就会知道过去已去，未来没来，我们更会把握当下的重要性，我们常说活在当下，因为当下才是我们有所作为的时间，因为当下才是我们体验幸福的时光。
