  前面关于紫砂壶发展脉络的图表清晰明了还不错，关于一些著名制壶艺人，师承关系的介绍了解了解也蛮好，后面大部分的个人收藏的壶的赏析感觉一般，可能喜好不是一类风格也体会不出那些好处～还有定价偏高～

  好在面面俱到，坏在巨细靡遗。可以更有条理、也能更精炼。此外外文拼写错误较多，可能是由于当时互联网不够普及的缘故。

  忘了那些烧脑的物理学原理和硬科幻教条吧，在墨比斯的怪奇脑洞里，只有五彩斑斓的色调和一个个万物创世般的梦境。这也许是最不着调的雪铁龙广告，谁能想象墨比斯打造了一部太空公路漫画？NO，当金字塔飞向太空的时候谁他妈还顾得上人类的那一丢丢蛋疼啊，就像谁还会在乎法国车到底靠不靠谱啊。赶紧引进第二部啊！

  可能比较适合刚入职场的新人作为一本概念入门书吧，书的前半部分的条理性比后半部分好，后半部分也不能说不好，因为HR的工作本身就是功夫在诗外，需要的不仅是人力资源的专业能力，更多的是看综合素养和职业信念。

  作为中小企业的HR，把流程建设和团队氛围两点做好，充分发动起员工的主观能力性就已经是一个很优秀的HR了，前提还得遇到一个愿意支持的老板。

  按我的感觉把书做了一个拆解，供大家参考。
