The following sections focus on four central aspects of the recent deregulatory movement: the introduction of incentive regulation; one-way access (access given by a local network to the providers of complementary segments, such as long-distance or information services); the special nature of competition in an industry requiring two-way access (whereby competing networks depend on the mutual termination of calls); and universal service, in particular the two leading contenders for the competitively neutral provision of universal service: the use of engineering models to compute subsidies and the design of universal service auctions.   7分吧，故事情节很不错，挖的坑基本都圆起来了，剧情线还挺完整的。人设太崩了啊，楚晚宁这个人的各种性格仿佛捏出来的，根本不是正常能够长成的样子；感情线拉垮，直接跳过了，跟剧情完全割裂。

• 还是国产悬疑那一套

  初看起来不错，但读到大半发现还是国产悬疑那一套，就是“段子比故事好看，捏他比情节精彩”

  写谜题的时候渲染的血糊淋拉的，解谜的时候就圆不上了

  本作更是过分，干脆就不解谜，弄个特别尬的情节一糊弄，还算个“创意”

  作者向来心大，这书里更是明显，写多股势力但一股都没写成，公然挖坑都没有填的意思

  第一次读这本书时是在高中的时候。此后我就对这本书达到了一种痴迷的状态。对，就是这本书，已经成了从那时候第一次看开始我每隔一两个星期必读的一本书。如今我都大学毕业两年了却依然每隔一段时间看一遍。说痴迷一点儿都不为过！——不看不行啊，不看心里就会老想着，虽然早已知道开始怎样，经过怎样，结局怎样，但每每想起来姚子望的时候都会让我有种淡淡的忧愁淡淡的伤的感觉，然后每每想起两个互相取暖走到一起的两个人的时候又会充斥满心的那种小甜蜜小幸福的感觉！！

        而现在我之所以加入豆瓣也都是因为想要写写我心中对这本书的感想而已。

        这本书在席绢所有的作品当中也许不是最好的，但却最出彩的，最涓涓细流，最能渗透人心的一部作品。

         一个是生长在不受重视重男轻女，空有一身才华却处处被打压的家族中，急欲想找一个跳板改变现在的命运；一个是生长在从小就不缺乏任何爱的环境中——父母、老师、朋友、甚至爱情，但却家道中落，想重振家中事业；两个来自不同世界的人，却突然有一天有了交集。她帮他学习商场上的所有东西；他帮她完成脱离姚家的心愿。

         姚子望是悲哀的，她从来不知道爱是什么，却留着当时本打算丢弃的程雪歌的照片。对于初相识的心动，以致后来对程雪歌处处维护，从来不懂得安慰人的她也学会了对程雪歌那拙劣的安慰人手段。她处处保护着他，为他着想，想让他得到世界上所有最好的东西，而这些所有的最后的里面却从来不包括他。

         还好，她的生命中出现了一个拥有爱，知道什么是爱的程雪歌，这是她的幸运，其实，又何尝不是他的幸运呢？

        如此，七年，两个孤独的人走到了一起。是的，孤独——一个父母双亡，一个有家却和没家没什么区别。他找到了她成了他生活的依靠；她找到了他成了她生活中爱的源泉。

        当一个女人不再把视为生命的财与势放在眼内的时候，那只能说明她找到了值得他放弃这些的东西，那就是程雪歌给姚子望的爱和幸福！

        珠玉在侧，不知是姚子望是程雪歌的珠玉，还是程雪歌是姚子望的珠玉？或者两者都是吧！！！！

        祝福他们幸福！！永远！！
