所有方法论的书都这么写就好了!
另外学习质性研究真的需要好多对话和讨论,师徒制才应该是最好的学习模式。我也好想进到这样的program和组里。另外翻译也很不错。

如果你要成为一个有钱人,首先你得相信你可以成为一个有钱人。
但问题是我特么是个穷人啊?
——这是穷人的底层思维悖论!
这货给我们推荐了三种方式突破:
①、每天早起对着镜子默念100遍;
②、写日记来让自己相信会成为一个有钱人;
③、把负面思想写下来,当着自己灵魂的面把它揉成一团,撕碎。
不过,我还真信。毕竟这和我当初做心理重建时用的方式没什么不同。
毫无例外的,作者认为财富来源于——认识你自己。
有钱人之所以能快速的有钱是因为他们从人生的使命、愿景、价值观等最底层的层面推导出:财富是人生的真善美,值得追求、并可以拥有。所以他们才会无时无地的充满激情的寻觅、提供、积累自己的财富,并在追求的过程中感觉到类似太极高手的inner peace。
大致总结了一下,富人的思维方式:
①、深刻的自我认知,从人生的底层结构中即开始追求财务价值;并且从观念、情感、行动等方面全方位的投入到财富游戏中。换言之,富人对财富游戏是动真格的。
②、基于未来的洞察开展价值投入,懂得放弃,不纠结沉没成本;
③、追求深层价值,看透积累和消费的本质,连消费都是以投资的角度;
④、以资源的角度看待时间、天赋、能力、社会关系;基于财富积累的视角去利用、投资这四个方面,并达成复利增长模式。梦想、信用、鼓励、领导力、情绪价值、个人品牌、社交关系是最低成本的财富资源。时间、人际关系、能力都是自己可以创造的价值,是可以明显提高比较优势的,是财富的起点。
⑤、提前准备好失去所有财富,筑好自己的护城河。
制定财务目标的几个要点,这是价值追求的考虑方法:
W.可行的,能够实现的?
E.能动性的,发自内心想要去实现的?
A.可创造资本的,具有价值,可以变现的?能拿去市场交换货币的?
L.可利用的,可以为我所整合的?
T.有时效性的
H.可收获的:可变现的?
问题:
书中提到了很有意思的杠杆原理,但很遗憾除了标题上有这个概念外,整本书就再也找不到了。我理解的大概意思是在财富积累的初期我们需要在资产、能力、关系中不断去拓展,追求三者的复利和组合,去撬动杠杆另一侧的财富。当然在三者积累到一定的阶段后,资产配置、金融工具、融资市场、网络传播效应、规模效应等等都是杠杆的工具而已。
看,中国人还是这样……
