  很简单的一本小书，吃是人生头等大事。不过，跟中华料理比较，不论是食材还是烹饪方法上都差很多呀。哈哈哈哈哈。还有，喜悦的泪水也能做菜吗？

  个人而言是从未有过的科普新知，尤其是对长江源的确认，珠江流域，黑龙江海兰泡、江东六十四屯惨案的介绍，虽然属于常识，但教科书很少甚至完全不讲这些，在我看来又是生活在这个国家就必须要知道的事情。再次感叹都江堰、灵渠的了不起，担得起“千古伟业”这样的赞美。缺点就是插图不少，但跟正文关系不大。有关系的几幅图，例如关于赤壁位置的几种说法，配图总让人感觉比例不对，也没有给出方向指示。丛书已入，尽快看起来。

  高氏对立法采纳其竞拍取得四荒地的权利定位为土地经营权而不是土地承包经营权的观点，可以感受到他的自豪感。书中对集体所有权-土地承包经营权-土地经营权的架构、土地经营权的性质、土地承包经营权抵押诸问题的论述比较有说服力。不知是因为是理论著作还是因为农地改革进程在展开，对司法实践的关注很少，似为一短。总体来说，高氏土地法制方面研究的著作感觉都挺不错。

  虽然我津津有味的看完了，但未免太重口了吧。看一个坝工专家写科幻小说着实是一件有趣的事。

• 真能倒着活，大部分人都能成伟人

  如果我们有机会倒道活，从80活到1岁，那能少很多遗憾，在有智慧的同事更有力量，可以逆规律而动，从衰老走向强壮。以上也许是人人所愿，根据这种思想还有部小说后来拍成了电影。管理者无疑也这么想，能倒首活可以减少很多错误。读书也是一种能减少错误的有效方法，某种程度上我们切实看过别人的错误后，真的可以让自己更具智慧。《管理中的魔鬼细节》就是能帮到我们的一本书。

  具体介绍网上都有，下面只谈下书里对我启发最大的点——管理者要克服对下属的四种偏见。四种偏见分别是：我知道他们想要什么；我知道他们知道什么；我讨厌他们的自私；我总可以请到其他人。

  优秀的管理者也会有以上偏见，而且以上四种提法都是自我本位，角度就出了问题。

  我知道他们想什么。

  管理者常自以为是以认为自己“神”，可凭空想象了解下属的想法。结果多半是大喊着“鹅滴神哈！”式的结局，不当以及缺乏激励、以失业为手段威胁导致了员工的离开。到头来您只知道自己想什么！

  我知道他们想要什么。

  以前有个真实例子。公司有个工程师因为努力慢慢承担起核心的开发工作，工资始终没涨。老板说：“他其实就是要个锻炼自己的机会，证明自己行啊！这就是他想要的。工资不用涨了。”老板只说对不到一半，证明自己行之后工程师提升了自己的能力，不久就离开公司找到更大的平台。老板只能再找“想证明自己”的人了。可怜的是到最后管理者还抱自己遭到背叛的思路，您这个德行除了一次次被背板之外没有更合适的下场了。有机会还是多看书。

  我讨厌他们的自私。

  人不为自天诛地灭是有道理的。如果人连自己都不爱，那还能指望他们爱什么呢？很多老板是希望用员工的无私成全自己的自私。结果……

  我总可以请到其他人。

  有些人并不是可以时时请到的，就像比尔之于微软，乔布斯之于苹果。书里举了个奥兰多魔术除让奥尼尔转会到洛杉矶湖人的例子，前都因这此举被甩到了第二阵营。有钱不能解决所有事情。记得有次看电影，智者说：“凡是能用钱解决的都不是大问题。”人才问题上很多时候是不能用钱解决的。

  书里能给我们启发的点很多，建议大家有空拿来一读。不错！

  此外，做得一提的是书的章节布局——四章，第一章导入，二、三章讲述，最后一章收尾。这是很有力道的写法，也是西方非常流行的写法，但是国内很多出版社要了让章看着多，把英文版的节全变成章，于是一本译著30多万字40多章的情况就常能看到，但这并不是明智的译法。本书就不错，保留四章体例结构。为此要感谢出版社和译者。

  本书提供了管理者倒着活，减少错误的一个视角。

  Choices matter the most in this book:

  An orderly community with everything being scheduled and planned out: A definite number of babies to be given birth each year, and thoese babies will get their names at age one while being delivered to different dwellings. Each dwellings are only permitted to have two children at most through application. There would be differences at each age level. By twelve years old, they are considered to be adults and will be appointed onto specific occupation based on the observations from the committee. After being honored as Memory of Receiver, Jonas experienced the colors, feelings, nature, tragedy, grief, loss, happiness and love...which does not exist in the community. The loneliness was built in his heart, because there is noone to share and burden with him. As well, noone would understand what these are, because they are trained to use 'precise' languages whereas these are undescribable things from perception and heart.

  On the way of escape, he gives himself a second thought after all the difficulties he has encountered. He may enjoy the harmony in the community or look for the Elsewhere pleasure.

  Choices to be made, and life is continued...
