Rick Wartzman is the executive director of

Claremont Graduate University's Drucker Institute, an organization

that advances the teachings of Peter F. Drucker with the aim of

bettering society by stimulating effective management and

responsible leadership. A former reporter and editor at the Wall

Street Journal and Los Angeles Times, he is a columnist for

Bloomberg Businessweek online and the editor of The Drucker

Lectures: Essential Lessons on Management, Society, and

Economy.

  当你已经成功学会找到了自己内心的四大成员时，作者又用守望者、船长和旅行的比喻来教会你如何与四大成员互动并成功驾驭它们，让它们能真正为你所用。多次强调平衡二字，是因为内心的这四大成员并没有谁比谁更重要这一说，只有平衡了各方的能力和重要性，才能将一个完美的自己呈现出来，最后才能在谈判桌上谈出你想要达到的效果。

  之前也没有太多的心理学和经管类书籍的阅读体验，因此本书让不学无术的我理解得较为吃力，有时一个章节要回头看个几遍才能理解作者想表达的意思。总结一些书中的重点理解，想让这篇东西成为自己的读书笔记，时时翻翻便于自己更好地重温和理解。

  不管是否鸡汤，喝下去对自己身体有好处能汲取到营养，能让自己学习领悟到新的内容的就是好书。

• 笑到最后的才是真正的赢家

  这本书给我的感觉分量还是蛮重的，值得我们深思，不知道为何评分如此之低。说下印象最深刻的一个定律吧，叫鲁尼恩定律。

  “赛跑时不一定快的赢，打架时不一定弱的输，笑到最后的才是真正的赢家。”

  告我我们无论在生活还是工作中，一定要戒骄戒躁，过程中的短暂落后并不可怕。只要我们锲而不舍，奋起直追，把要做的事情做到尽善尽美，这样就有很大的概率成为最后的赢家。其实很多人最后的失败并不是因为能力不够，而是后来因为骄傲自大失去了进取心或者做为弱势一方被挫折击垮，导致胜利的果实与之无缘，这样也就注定了与平庸为伴。
